Do business days include weekends and public holidays?
No, business days refer to Monday through Friday only. Weekends and public holidays are not counted in your delivery estimate.
I live in a remote area — will my delivery take longer?
Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take slightly longer than the standard estimate. We recommend adding 1–2 extra days as a buffer if you live outside a major city.
Can I place an order today and receive it as a gift for a specific date?
Yes! If you need delivery by a specific date, we recommend ordering well in advance. For Netherlands orders, 3–5 days ahead is usually safe. For international, at least 3–4 weeks.
